I am a wife and mother. I love cooking and cooking shows. My youngest son is in the Air Force. My husband and I enjoy camping and fishing.

The photo shows me in the lower right at my Dad's B-day party with cousins cooking chicken and sausage jambalaya out of a deep 22' Maca. You can get a glimpse on the left of the 17" Maca we're using to make red beans and rice.  have one 8" several 12" Dutch ovens and one new 17" jambalaya pot.

I'M 53 YEARS OLD MARIED TO A GREAT LADY (FELICIA) HAVE 3 KIDS AND3 GRAND KIDS . I ENJOY CAMPING, FISHING, NASCAR AND COOKING. NEW TO DUTCH OVEN AND HOPING TO LEARN ALOT OF NEW THINGS.

I bought my 1st DO 40 yrs ago when I was packing up at Kennedy Meadows for Reno Sardella. I've been Packing and DO cooking ever since. We have a DO club in Grass Valley and have been putting on a DO Cookoff in Sept. for the past 5 or 6 yrs.

Owner of Three Feather Western Delicacies, Western/Dutch Oven style catering.  Been cooking in Dutch ovens for over 10 years and been cooking for large groups such as my son's boy scout troop, family and friend get togethers for many many years before that.  Enjoy cooking outdoors as it always tastes better no matter what!

Been Dutch oven cooking for over 20 years and my collection is growing! CASTIRONITIS is in the blood and cant be leached from my veins. Teaching classes, doing demo's and participating in DOGs all over the west is what I love doingwith my CI.
