What’s a D.O.G. and what do I do?

D.O.G. = Dutch Oven Gathering.

Event where people gather to cook in their Dutch Ovens, eat and share recipes and techniques. You don’t have to cook and showing up is a great way to learn the art of Dutch oven cooking. There is always too much food.

What to bring (all are optional):

• Dutch Ovens
• Cooking table or platform. Always check to see what’s ok.
• Charcoal. Bring extra, someone always needs more.
• Charcoal chimney.
• Ash bucket. Pack in pack out.
• Lighter.
• Your recipe and copies to share.
• Ingredients
• Drinks
• Plate’s cups, utensils.
• Chairs.
• Canopy
• Weather related items.
